Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated team player to join our Customer Service team. In this multi-tasking position, we will rely on you to work closely with various departments including purchasing, marketing and sales. You will be responsible for daily computer processing of sales orders including e-commerce, phone, faxed sales orders and returns. Internal support will be provided to assigned accounts and the customer service team as needed. You will also assist incoming calls, click to chat and web generated emails from accounts regarding product information, quotes, ship dates and miscellaneous issues in a timely manner. The work week is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in customer service or related area required; prefer college degree, but will consider equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Highly motivated, dependable and well organized
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm with accuracy
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook are essential; experience using QuickBooks Enterprise a plus
- Background in occupational therapy or durable medical equipment preferred
- Knowledge of medical or insurance billing a plus
