Description

Steel I beams and H beams are common structures in buildings with more than one floor. Make them work for you as part of your clinic set up with our eyebolt installation kit.

Safety Notes:

Before installing the eyebolt, it is your responsibility to confirm the beam is capable of supporting the weight of the equipment and user.
Check ceiling eye bolt for wear and movement. Use our Swing Rotational Device to prevent abnormal wear.
Client should always wear a safety helmet with all suspended equipment.
Floor mats of proper thickness should be positioned properly under and around all suspended equipment.

MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST:
All of the following wear points should be checked on a monthly basis:

Check eye bolt for loose nuts or movement. Tighten if necessary.
Check eye bolt for wear at the point where it rubs against the safety snap. If wear exists, it should not exceed 30% of the diameter of the eye bolt. If it does, discontinue use immediately and replace the eye bolt.
