Psychomotor or Motor Planning is the development of organized patterns of muscular activities between the body and brain. Also called sensorimotor and perceptual-motor skills, activities include eye-hand coordination, planning and sequences in movement of an task. Coordinated activity involving the arms, hands, fingers, and feet is a learned skill.
