The Angled Spoons are made of soft plastic and enhance independent eating for people who have limited or painful movement of their upper extremities.

They are ideal for diagnoses of neurological disorders, a stroke, head injury, severe arthritis, wrist fractures, shoulder dysfunction or cerebral palsy. Food is scooped onto the spoon with simple elbow motion, minimizing the movements of the shoulder and forearm. The raised back prevents food from spilling off the spoon. 

Made for the right hand only. May also be purchased with a standard handle. The diameter and softness of the handle can be increased by adding Cylindrical Foam Padding.
